3) build in a secure hiding place.

Be aware, though, that 860 is a prefix for Connecticut (not a toll free number), so you may want to make initial contact with us via email. We'll call you at our expense if we have any questions that prevent us from answering your message fully. Please include your daytime phone number in your message. You may call any weekday from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M. EST (or EDT—depending on the season) but we've been known to pick up on calls later (no, not earlier) and even on weekends, so if you have a great low-cost calling plan, just go ahead and call whenever it's convenient.
