Pricing

The minimum charge is $400.00 per party for as many as 20 guests
plus $20.00/person for each additional guest.

You are not required to have a minimum number of guests,
although the minimum price will remain the same.

A nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 will reserve a date for your tea party.

The customary 6% CT state sales tax will be added to the total party price.


Please Note

Base pricing is calculated to include our travel time to locations within 25 miles
of Durham, Connecticut (located between Middletown & New Haven).

A nominal additional charge will be added for destinations beyond
25 miles. Please call to discuss your location if you have any questions.
We realize that The Charming Teapot has a long-standing reputation
for excellence and we do travel beyond 100 miles for large parties, but in those
instances, understandably, there is an upcharge in addition to the mileage charge.

We reserve the right to determine that some locations and states are beyond our service area.

*If you are securing a party location outside your home, it is understood that the responsibility
for booking, making a deposit and paying for the space and any add-ons is yours.
