When does an order become a "custom"
order? You may specify other wood stain
colors or woods other than pine (oak, etc.) but while a simple change in stain to another readily
available color may not affect the price, changing the type of wood will increase the materials part
of the cost. As a guide, you can assume the price for clear pine is approximately 20% more than pine,
oak is generally 35% more and maple is 55% more. If you will be changing the type of wood or making
changes to the size or design of a standard product or requesting an entirely new product, please go to
the Custom Orders page.
SHIPPING:
UPS Ground or equivalent.
Shipping & handling charges will be added at the time of
order. S&H charges are as follows:
$48 S&H for pieces under 30 pounds
$58 S&H for pieces between 30 and 50 pounds
$68 S&H for pieces weighing over
50 pounds.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER:
Please allow 8-10 weeks for
your order to ship under normal circumstances. If we are able to complete your order in less time, we will
notify you and ship it ahead of schedule. If we are backordered at the time you order, we will
notify you and advise you of timing.
